To upload pictures from your Mac "iPhoto" to your FM

Go to your FM and scroll to bottom.
Click on "Uploader", then click on "Choose File".
On left sidebar click on "Photos", click on the picture you want and click on "Choose".
Next screen click on "Submit" then click on "Uploads" and your picture will be there.
Now you can move it to the directory of your choice.
